This course is also useful for technical divers who may need a refresher or an orientation to a new dive equipment configuration.

Tec Basics is a multi-use course that focuses on orientation to new dive equipment, technical diving skills, and techniques. It is an optional level that can help divers explore new equipment configurations and refine their foundational skills before moving on to Tec 40 Diver.

The PADI Tec Basics course consists of two knowledge development sections, one practical application session and two training dives.

You wil learn about:

· Technical diving equipment, proper rigging and setup
· Trim, positioning and propulsion techniques
· Team diving techniques and emergency procedures to deal with free flows and out of gas situations
