TAAK BI HA, is one of the newest cenotes opened for cavern and cave diving, located inside the Dos Ojos park. The site with the exception of bathrooms and tables to set up the equipment is not very well equipped but on the other hand ensures that it is not crowded like other dive sites. A steep staircase leads to the level of a beautiful dry cave where the artificial lights placed for visitors allow you to admire the ceiling completely covered with stalactites. Next to the entrance are ropes with pulleys that allow you to lower and lift heavy equipment with a rope. There are ladders to enter the shallow water where the dive begins. This cenote has an abundance of fragile stalactites, stalagmites, many spectacular columns and small passages with shallow water, for this reason excellent diving skills, perfect control of the buoyancy and previous experience in cenotes are mandatory. This site is also perfect for divers with the intro and full cave diver certifications.
