Tajma Ha

A cave diver during his cave dive. Cave dives are offererd by the boutique PADI tecrec and cave dive center Diving4you in Playa del Carmen, Mexico

This site offers bathrooms and concrete tables to set up our equipment a short distance from the entrance of the cenote that is famous for its incomparable light effects that always change depending on the season as in the room called "Points of Light", there are several holes in the roof from which the sun's rays enter the area of the cave and create this spectacular effect. In the first part you will find a large room with air in the ceiling where you can meet bats that enter from small holes in the ceiling while at the bottom of the cave there are hundreds of stalactites that lie in the sediments. The second part of the dive reaches a second cenote called Sugar Bowl.

Tajma ha, which takes its name from the famous palace in India, in addition to offering light shows and halocline is decorated with stalactites and stalagmites and many fossils embedded in the rocks.
